Choosing the best possible thing
Day 3 is about being deserving and discerning. Part one is acknowledging that you are deserving of all good things. In fact, you’re deserving of the BEST things.
Now that we’ve established how deserving you are it’s time to look at the discernment part. A question I like to ask myself on the regular is this: “What’s the best possible thing I can be/do/have/place I can go/person I can spend time with/food I can eat, right now with the time and resources available to me?”
Asking myself this question has led to many wonderful experiences over the years. My life became much richer when I started using this practice. It forces you to think about the BEST. What is the absolute best experience you can have today? Be super discerning and make plans to only do the greatest possible things you can.
Make seeking out the best your task for the day and joy will surely follow. This exercise also flexes the self-worth muscles. This question has become almost my life’s motto. Choosing the best possible option is a habit at this point, I don’t even need to ask myself the question anymore. I hope you will accept this invitation to bring more joy into your life, lif you try it please let me know how you get on in the comments.
