Looking for good things
Today is about actively looking for things that feel good as you go about your day.
Be attentive to your thoughts and choose thoughts that make you feel good. Look for good in the world around you, colours you like, things to appreciate. Practice seeking good things.
I’m in my bed as I write this, appreciating the yellow and pink bedspread that makes me happy and the sleeping cat on the end of my bed who I feel great love for. I have the makings of tea in my house and I’m excited to go and make myself a cup of tea, and appreciative that I have what I need to make tea.
I’m committing to looking everywhere today for things that make me feel good, I hope you’ll join me xx
