Making your favourite food
Today’s joy suggestion is to learn how to make, or make your favourite thing to eat. Whatever it is, if it’s your favourite then you owe it to yourself to learn how to make it.
If you already know how to make it then set a plan to make it for yourself in the coming days and savour it. You deserve good things. You deserve the effort of making your favorite food.
It would be lovely if you could write out the recipe and share it with the people in your life. Sharing things you love is always a beautiful act of generosity. And most people love recipes for delicious foodstuffs. (Plus there’s the bonus that one of your loved ones might surprise you by making it for you someday.)
My favourite thing to eat changes regularly. It’s currently chocolate so I’ll share my chocolate recipe later on.
